It’s Alive!!!! Actually it’s AK Alive:) this is a beer we made for Mikkeller, it’s ABC’s version of IT’s Alive. 1300 case run! Who would have though this new little brewery up in Alaska would be making beer for a Danish brewer.

Pours opaque honey-apricot with a thick eggshell head. Aroma is fruity and yeasty, while flavor echoes all this and adds some malt to the mix. Body and fizz are OK. Come alive!

750 ml bottle. Pours hazy orange amber with a monstrous white head that continuous to grow for a while and eventually leaves some lacing.

The aroma is lots of brett - earthy, tropical fruit, and funk.

The flavor is lots of earthy acidic brett with some tropical fruits and a decent bitter finish. The mouthfeel is medium bodied and a little watery.

    Overall, a great brett beer.

Lightly hazed golden orange pour, typical head with decent lacing. Tart and floral nose and palate, nice honeysuckle and fruity hops presence, nice light sour bitter linger with a nice undertone of funk. Nice brew.
