Tempest was derived from an idea to combine the smoothness and drinkability of British Imperial Stout with the aggressive hop character of the American style. Adding further uniqueness to this beer, we’ve taken Tempest and aged it in a Jack Daniel's Whiskey Barrel for seven months. Bitter chocolate, molasses, vanilla and oak in the nose are accented with rich, boozy chocolate flavours layered on coffee and rye. This Adventure Brew release is extremely rare and perfect for the Canadian Fall.
