Birra ad alta fermentazione rifermentata in bottiglia Doppio Malto con zucchero candito, 7.5 % Alc. Vol. si rifà alla grande tradizione delle Birre d'Abazzia. Complessa e morbida al palato, lascia emergere un fondo di malto sottile e toffee, impreziosito da un delicato tocco di cioccolato e pera alla cannella. Abbinamienti : Perfetta per i piatti corposi come carne o communque pietanze particolarmente strutturate che richiedono una bevanda con un certo carattere come lasagne al forno, pasta al ragù, carni in slasa tipo gulasch e arrosti. Consigliata anche per carne alla griglia e per pizze rustiche con salsiccia e patate. A fine pesto si abbina armoniosamente con lo strudel di mele. Temperatura di servizio ideale : 6 °C e gli 8 °C. // High fermentation beer, 7.5 % alc.vol, refermented in the bottle, with brown candy sugar. Complex, but soft on the palate, the malt flavors are pronounced but subtle, with flavors of toffee, a touch of chocolate, pear and cinnamom as a result of the caramelized sugar. Suggested pairing : It is perfect accompaniment to rich dishes such as meats, or more complex dishes that require a beer that can complement every flavor on the table. Recommended with grilled meats and rustic pizzas with sausages and potatoes. After the meal, pairs nicely with apple strudel. The ideal serving temperature is between 6°C and 8°C.
