A mahogany-cherry colored beer with a big frothy textured, reddish-white head rising above. There's some hang time on the head. But there is no lacing. In the nose and on the tongue a yeasty funkiness-sourness and cherry tartness. Not over reaching, not pucker sour. Light-medium body. A slickness on the tongue

Tasted at the Triple Rock Sour and Barrel Aged Fest on 2/10/2013. This wild ale pours a medium brown color from a 33cl? Bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is tart, fruity and sweet. A medium bodied wild ale. The malts are fruity and sweet, very tart with some funk and must. Hops are herbal. Decent carbonation. For a blending base beer this one is fairly tart, very clean tasting with some nice decent cherry flavor. A nice sour. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is tart.
