Summer in the City combines California-grown citrus, vanilla beans, and Citra hops to make a bright, refreshing beer perfect for summer sipping. Aged in oak barrels, layers of Buddha’s hand, pomelo, grapefruit, oranges blend with our all-Brettanomyces fermentation before we finished it with vanilla for a touch of sweetness. A little hoppy, a little wild, and a lot of personality make this beer great with BBQ shrimp, lemon bars and long summer days full of sunshine.

375 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 6.9%. Golden colour, moderate white head. Aroma of various citrus fruits, brettanomyces, oak and vanilla. Sour flavour with notes of lemons and brettanomyces, hints of oak, can't detect the vanilla, low bitterness.
