A single-varietal dry cider with Ashmead's Kernel. This English aromatic apple variety is grown in the Pacific Northwest, and is fermented with Sauvignon Blanc yeast that brings out flavors and aromas of lychee, passionfruit, and pineapple. It reminds us of chilled vinho verde and the bone dry and slightly tart finish is a welcome addition to our tap list
