Crysal clear cooper body with a tall fluffy cap looks good. There is a nice citrusy hop aroma venting out from the glass. A certain angles the brew appears ruby red, nice roapy lacing everywhere. Malty, hop, vegetable aroma, with maybe hints of chocolate. I got to say I really really like the smell of this stuff. First taste seems slightly bloody with a nice light malt base. Great bitter hop finish that took me completely by surprise, the citrus flavours work perfectly in this brew. The brew is crisp, light, and flvaourfull I think Alley Kat might just have a winner here.
