A delicious exploration. The control is our traditional Belgian-style house beer. The variable is the hops we use. Every time we brew it, this beer will have a different experimental hop. This brew’s hop, known as HBC 472, fills our house beer with a mix of woody, herbal, and vanilla-like hop aromas.
