A delicious exploration. The control is our traditional Belgian-style house beer. The variable is the hops we use. Every time we brew it, this beer will have a different experimental hop. This version is brewed with Maine-grown Nugget hops, which fill the beer with fresh hop aromas ranging from grapefruit to lemongrass.
