Apple cider with hops. Joar Aga (f. 1988) er mannen bak Aga sideri. Han vaks opp på Aga i Hardanger, mellom fjell og fjord, eldgamle kulturminner og store fruktgardar. Han har også budd mange år i Bergen, og treivst godt i det urbane, hippe bylivet. Då Joar og familien skulle overta gard på Aga, var det med ønske om å halde gamle tradisjonar i hevd, samstundes som dei hadde med seg nye idéar og impulsar. Slik har sideren Humlepung vorte til. Humlepung er ein tradisjonell Hardangersider, tilført humle. Gamle tradisjonar møter nye impulsar.

750 ml corked & caged bottle, batch #01, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 7%. Crystal clear pale golden colour, moderate carbonation, small and shortlived white head. Moderate aroma of apples and hops. Slightly dry and crisp flavour with a nice fruity acidity of apples, the apple flavours are nicely balanced with the hops. A hint of sulphites. Pleasant to drink.
