Cask; Seasonal - Winter. It’s clean and refreshing yet dark and mysterious. No, really. Fisherman is a deep coppery red, conjuring up roasted nuts and dark chocolate, with lingering flavours of liquorice and dried fruits. Blimey! Available October to February

This ale reminded me of an old lathered up hen. I found the aroma to be quite bitter and yet sweet at the same time, almost as if it were an old bankard trapped in the wastelands of brishnottich and finger pebbels. Overall, this would serve high on the scales of a good ol' stretch hittn' the moon.

Dark reddish brown with a small tan head. Weak nutty aroma, notes of grassy hops. Fudge, grass, toasted dark bread and licorice in flavour with a dry nutty aftertaste.

(Cask conditioned). Guest ale in the-first-pub-you-get-to-after-crossing-Tower-Bridge-(left-side)-South-bank- of-the-Thames (you guessed it, I forgot the pub's name). Copper coloured, malty & nutty. Very tasty.
