Brewed in fond remembrance of the family’s candy-apple red Rambler. Adelbert’s Rambler Ale evokes the car Del and his buddies referred to back in the late 60’s as the “GoMobile”. Back when life was freer and easier, the local cream ale was no stranger inside the Rambler as it hosted myriad road trips and hot dates. Moderate strength, light-tasting ale, with a clear appearance and subtle Belgian complexities. Pairs well with a wide range of foods such as cheese, chicken, or even spicy dishes.

Had this one yesterday @ Opal Devines on S.Congress, Austin Tx. Hazy pale yellow body, o.k. head that leaves a little lace, a bit of spice, wheat, and a touch of grassy hops. The finish is dry, and the flavor kinda tails off at the end. I wasnt terribly impressed by this one at first but it grew on me as it warmed.
