Collaboration with the Beerbabesfamily. This beer is our take on the famous astronaut ice cream. Our twist starts with a heavy duty stout recipe that features oats, wheat, roasted barley and other proprietary malts. Then after primary fermentation, we refermented on red raspberries. After that, we conditioned on coconut, Indonesian vanilla and Ghana cacao nibs. The flavor reminds of a raspberry truffle with macaroon coconut. Designed to be drank fresh for a full flavor experience and shared with friends. Proceeds for this beer goes to charity through the beerbabesfamily
