Serafijn Tripel is the masterpiece of the Serafijn series. This deep golden coloured beer has an impressive aroma, containing a wide range of flowers. The natural bitter taste of hops rests slightly on the side of one's tongue and slowly fades away.

11 oz bottle. Murky golden brown. Aroma very very yeasty. Dirty yeasty :). A little dense and fruity/spicy. Not a standout in the style but enjoyable all the same.

Bottle found back in the cellar. Slightly hazy orangeish golden colour with huge whit e fluffy head. Aroma is fruity and flowery with some yeasty and herbal hints. Flavour is pretty much the same along with some alcohol. Aftertaste is dominated by earthyness and some alcoholic burn.

Bottle: Poured a dirty yellow color ale with a huge foamy head with some great retention and some very good lacing. Aroma of sweet Belgian malt with some spicy notes from the yeast. Taste is a well balance mix between sweet Belgian malt with some nice spicy notes from the yeast and some floral and dry hops notes at the end. Body is above average with some good carbonation and no alcohol is discernable. Very well done for the style and something I wouldn’t mind trying again.

Dark golden/orange colour, big white frothy head. Yeasty and sweet nose of sweetened oranges and apricot. Soft and sweet malty flavour of sweetened oranges, peaches and yeast. Soft carbonation and palate.

cloudy dark orange colour, fine head, deep honeyish aroma, smooth and sweet, lot of carbonation, long spicy and bitter finish with some fruity notes (litchies) - a good example of the style
