Panda, courtesy of SHIG, pours with a clear pure deep gold colored body that has thin copper hues and supports a thin ring of white bubbles. The aroma comes across as mostly lavender with a mild murmurs of 'beer' notes in the background. The taste delivers similar notes that are mostly lavender based. Behind the lavender treatment are lesser notes of mildly soured citrus as well as a sense of the malts. Into the finish the tartness ramps up with a lime like character to it. Nice.
