Panda, courtesy of SHIG, pours with a clear pure deep gold colored body that has thin copper hues and supports a thin ring of white bubbles. The aroma offers up a blend of tart smelling citrus and a fair sense of the sage herbs. The taste delivers benign tartness, which I'm digging actually. Wait, second sip comes across with enhanced tartness to a thin vinegar flavor. The sage is well off in the background and I'm failing to discover much, if any, blackberry. There are other, possibly barrel treatment notes, that are faint and difficult to describe. Fun beer.
