750ml swing top bottle -
Aroma - white cane sugar aroma, slightly fruity with a showing of yeast present
Appearance - golden body, clear, bright with a 2-finger head, medium retention
Mouthfeel - light-medium bodied, light-medium carbonation
Flavor - pear-like flavors, bread dough, wet crackers, a little too sweet for a tripel but drinkable
Overall - overpriced for what it delivers. Good for a 1-shot if you want to get NM rated, but I wouldn't revisit unless it drops in price and gets significantly better.
