Sampled on 6/3/2009. This triple pours a medium gold color from a 750ml bottle. Large sized white foamy head, with good retention and nice lacing. The aroma is fruity and sweet with peaches and apricots with a touch of tropical flavors. A medium bodied triple. The malts are fruity and sweet, apricots and peaches. The hops are earthy and floral. Lively carbonation. Nice spiciness. Good balance. A decent triple. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.
