Pilsner Allemande - Notes du brasseur: Arôme floral du houblon, avec une petite présence de malt. En bouche, la bière est très mince et hautement gazéifiée. Le goût malté se démarque initialement, apportant des notes de baguette, accompagné par la suite par les houblons allemands, avec leur touche florale et plutôt herbacée. La gorgée finit plutôt sèche, avec une amertume persistante.

Fairly clean, light-bright golden colour with a frothy white cap, good stay and some foamy lacing. A decent pilsner aroma with the straw malts, mild spiciness and herbal hop notes. The hops do come out more in the taste with grassiness over the light spiciness. The mouthfeel is crisp and the hoppy dry finish lingers. A nice dry, hoppy, lightly spicy Pilsner-style beer.
