Belgian Witbier - this is a result of a "White Ops" Christmas Eve midnight brew …whilst brewer Chris Cuzme suffered from extreme jet lag. Having recently returned from China and Turkey, this beer subtly uses fresh Chamomile from the Spice Bazaar in Istanbul, along with fresh tangerine zest and coriander.
