This is the Dark Star Stout aged on Espresso, Jameson Irish Whisky soaked oak chips and with almost 10 lbs of cherries added to the cask. Your mind will leave your body after a few of these. Part of the Serenade Series, the yeast was serenaded with the immense tune Dark Star while the beer was brewed, fermented and conditioned.
