Madagascar Vanilla Mild Ale is our unique assimilation of brewing styles & techniques creating a richly flavorful experience. Starting with a English Dark Mild recipe, we add lactose sugar to add a sense of fullness and body. We then add vanilla directly sourced from Madagascar, offering a deep, sweet note to the beer. The net result is a creamy yet medium-bodied ale with notes of graham cracker & vanilla cream. Why not pair it with dessert?
