It’s pronounced “Slan-Je” This traditional Irish Gaelic greeting translates as “Health” and is a traditional salute on St. Patrick’s Day. Our Irish Stout is roasty and clean, with a nice malty backbone and a very subtle hop profile. We also added rye into the grain bill as we couldn’t resist giving this classic style a distinctly Canadian twist! We then threw this into a Brett barrel to see what would happen. It's DAMN good.
