Nice white head, fair retention, minimal lace. Clear gold, light copper hued ale. Whispy nose ofn grass and malts, almost corny. Light bodied, lightly pastey on the palate, soft carbonation. Light sweet malts, light grainyness with some faint hops backing them, grassy and a touch fruity. Lightly sweet finish is quick with malts and lacking in enough bittering hops to make a bit more interesting. The best 16 Mile beer i,ve had so far! Bottle picked up by my friend Zubru from the brewery, thanks Ken! Oh yeah the aluminum bottle is a great package.
