Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 9 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 9
Pint can pours with an inky black colored body that supports virtually no head. The aroma offers up inviting clouds of chocolate, booze and malt roastiness and virtually no sense of coconut. The taste is similar as I get slick rich dark chocolate fudge mingling with a bit of malt roastiness. To midway it warms with a pleasing semi soft booziness. It ends slightly thin on the palate with an oily sense of chocolate fudge and residual sugars that brings a smile to the mouth. This is a terrific sipper.
