Pours clear straw yellow with a thick but ephemeral eggshell head. Aroma presents crisp, tart apple - well, this is cider. Flavor delivers thirst-quenching dry apple, perfect for a sweltering day. Mouthfeel features fair fizz and body. If not a great cider, a worthy one.
