This collaborative brew with Schmaltz Brewing features a soft malt character with biscuit, baking bread and roast. There are ample esters of bubble gum, pear, guava, and hints of banana along with a firm spiciness from the phenols. The hops provide a supporting bitterness with some light citrus, moderate spice, pepper, and a floral touch as it warms. Easy drinking and fantastic for the warmer weather - enjoy it while it lasts.
