355ml stubby from the brewpub. Pours a big frothing beige head that sticks around long, lively carbonation, has a fairly clear amber coloured appearance. Thick soapy lace. Aromas of toasted malts, caramel, earthy and nutty hints. Flavours are mild toasty malts, nutty, some caramel hints, light earthy and resin hops. Sweet but very subtle bitterness on the palate. Slick and drying mouthfeel. Not too bad.

Enjoyed at the brewery on tap and got bottle as well. Pours a hazy amber colour with a big foamy-soapy beige head, good retention and chunky patches of foam on the side of the glass. The aromas are interesting with some mild fruity malts in the background, but what is more powerful are the hops that give out a burnt wood, green leafs and earthy notes. The taste shows the caramel malts, fruitiness and milder hops. This is a different red ale, but it is quite nice all-around.
