Originally rated Sep. 2018. On tap at Bier Markt, Sparks st. Pours no head whatsoever with no lacing as a result and has a hazy golden orangey appearance. Aromas of tropical fruits, hints of lime and citrus zest. Flavours are citrus, lime, some orange zest notes as well. Mild guava notes, very subtle. Nice strong sour finish. Dry mouthfeel. Pretty good.

At Bier Markt in Ottawa on tap. Pours a hazy light golden colour with a small off-white head, not much stay and lace. Light guava nose over hints of sourness. Very sour at firs taste, and goes down slowly, leaving the fruit in the background. An interesting fruity sour beer, but lacking the guava notes.
