A beer made from nothing more than 6-row Pilsner malt and a spattering of oats and refermented on cane sugar then finished with a small dose of European aromatic hops. This beer is sharp to the pallet and deceivingly light despite its 9%+ strength. Expect herbal aromas and a sweet orchard fruit finish.

Taps clear apricot with a thin but respectable pale buff head. Aroma delivers fruity and butterscotch tones, not strong but promising. Flavor features honey, fruity, raw malt and butterscotch notes, rather sweet. Mouthfeel has good body, firm fizz, and a fruity and woody hop finish. Get to the crux of this one.
