This is a ruby-copper coloured ale with a lovely caramel aroma touched by a light cherry fragrance. Lightly effervescent, the first draught offers a wonderful caramel taste which will keep you begging for more! The taste of hops is quite discrete as it is overshadowed by the warm alcohol. This is one of our most popular and best tasting beers.

This is a beautiful beer. A reddish-brown pour with a sweet malty nose, and a healthy dose of florally hops backing it up. The flavour is sweet up front with notes of licorice, molasses, and maple and finishes bitter.

The beer poured a dark reddish-black with a 1" foamy tan coloured head. The aroma was roasted malt, caramel, and weak fruit. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was roasted malt, caramel, and molasses with a bitter finish. An excellent tasting beer.
