This poured a murky brown color with an off white head. The aroma contains some brown sugar, molasses, caramel, and whiskey. The flavor is pretty much the same as above. A rather boozy finish but not overwhelming. Overall a very nice beer in small amounts.

This was quite an interesting beer. The aroma was butterscotch, lemons, and alcohol. It poured a copper color with a rather large head. The flavor was very citrusy and spicy with some pears and apricots present. A very sweet and spicy finished. I enjoyed it.

Sampled in an appropriate Urthel glass that wound up in lilkem’s purse Anyways it poured a murky orange color. The flavor was very sweet with a sugary lemon thing going on. A big caramel and honey presence. A bit of alcohol shows up in the finish. My least favorite quad to date but that isnt a bad thing to say at all.

Aroma is floral and chocolate. Appearance is ruby brown with a nice head. Flavor is caramel and spice and everything nice. Some citrus fruit lurking in the background. Palate is spicy and stings a little. Alcohol is well hidden. Not the most complex Belgian Strong Ale but a very nice beer.

Dark amber with a beige head. Aroma contains figs, caramel, cherries, nuts, and spices. The flavor is malty and complex with tons of spices. Some alcohol shows up in the finish. Overall great for this cold ass day or any day.

Brown color with an off white head. Aroma is complex with alcohol, dark fruits, wine qualities, cherries, figs, spices. The flavor is big and sweet with dark fruit and chocolate showing up. A bit of oak in there. Caramel also I missed that one. No rookie weak sauce here. Overall nice sipper.

Aroma is lemony fresh. Apperance is murky yellow. The flavor is slightly sour with some sour lemons, dough, oranges, and bananas. A spicy and tart finish. Pretty good beer.

Pours a cloudy yellow with a fair amount of carbonation. Some lemon and grapefruit present in the nose. A rather sour flavor with a big citrus flava mainly lemons and oranges and a bit of spice. The alcohol shows through but not too much considering the ABV. All hail the trappist monks!

A boring blonde Belgian. Slightly sweet with no real complexity. Hides all the alcohol really well. Not a bad beer but nothing amazing either. Overrated in my opinion.

I was losing faith in Uni anniversary beers but this one changed my mind. And orange to amber apperance with a carbonated white head. The aroma was very spicy with a yeasty quality. Unlike the 2004 the spices were toned down which is alright by me! Some caramel, oranges, and coriander in the flavor. A very carbonated mouthfeel.

A golden colored beer with a large head. A lemon and perfume aroma. The flavor is somewhat sour with more lemons and some vanilla notes. The mouthfeel is rather creamy. Tripels just dont start my dog I guess.

The beer poured a cloudy yellow/orange color with a rather large head. The aroma is quite citrusy and floral with some lemons and peaches. I also detect some whipped cream and toffee in the nose. The flavor is somewhat sour with some lemons, vanilla, honey, peaches, and butterscotch. A little bit of spice is also present. The mouthfeel is very smooth and creamy. The alcohol is hidden extremely well. Overall this was a great Tripel.

A golden color with a moderate white head. The aroma is lemons, funk, household cleaner, and alcohol. The flavor is rather spicy with more lemons and vanilla. A creamy mouthfeel with a slight alcohol burn in the finish. Not bad for a Tripel.

A murky yellow appearance with a moderate white head and some good lacing. The aroma is lemon, spices, and pears. The flavor is a bit on the sour side with a some lemon and apricots. It has a rather soft mouthfeel and a citrusy aftertaste. Quite a nice Tripel here.

A deep orange color with a moderate white head. The aroma is citrus, molasses, and alcohol. The flavor is slightly spicy with a funky sour citrus flavor and a bit of rotten apples and honey mixed in. This has some lambic like qualities and doesnt seem to be like any Tripel Ive had before. The aftertaste is dusty and interesting. A nice beer anywho.

This one is right on for the style however there was not much complexity. Cloudy yellow appearance. A yeasty and spicy flavor with some sugary notes and tangerines. A bit thin but not too bad.

A dark orange appearance. A nice floral orangey aroma. The flavor is quite creamy with some oranges and honey. The aftertaste is a bit on the sweet side. One of the more enjoyable Tripels Ive had lately.

An orange appearance with a rather large head. I think they missed the mark just slightly with this beer. A huge lemon flavor is present. The alcohol really shows through and the sweetness is a bit overbearing. It was ok but I find myself not really being into the Tripels lately.

I was quite impressed by this one. A yellow orangish appearance with a large fluffy white head. The aroma was like smelling a fruit basket with some bananas, oranges, pears, and spices. The flavor is quite complex and it took me forever to pick out what I was tasting. I picked up on some pears, peaches. ginger, honey, pepper, oranges. BOOM! The aftertaste is fairly sour. Man this is one good

A citrusy aroma. Appearance is a cloudy yellow with a rather small head. It tastes pretty sweet with a slight sour lemon edge. The aftertaste is a bit acidic and sort of mediciney. A pretty good beer just not alot to it.

The bier poured a light murky yellow color with a very large fluffy white head. The aroma is lemony with a nice yeasty overtone. The flavor is somewhat spicy with some ginger and lemons. I also catch some bananas and wheat. The aftertaste is slight sour with a nice soft mouthfeel. Not a Triple that will cause you to dance the gig, but it is pleasent in all its simplicity.
