Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 9 An orange peel, lemon, and vanilla aroma. Nice! A yellowish/orange appearance. A good dose of malt is present in this beer. The flavor is somewhat bitter with some lemons, grapefruit, apples, and alcohol. The finish offers an alcohol burn with some bitterness on the tounge. I enjoyed it. |

Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 9 This IPA rocked! An amber color with a moderate head. The aroma is full of perfume and spice. I also sniff out some pears and oranges. The flavor is quite bitter on this one. I taste some lemons, orange peel, and vanilla. The finish is rather bitter. A well balanced and excellent beer! |

Some grapefruit showing from the background like "Hello Im a grapefruit and it waves and says - ok now back to Orange Peel" Some alcohol notes show in the finish. Good IPA. |

This was a rather thick stout with some coffee, chocolate, molasses, and burbon flavors. A thick syrupy mouthfeel. A good one! |

Not sure on the whiskey as its not barrel aged. Anways a coffee, chocolate, and licorice flavor. The finish is somewhat sweet. A very nice and complex Imperial Stout. Take that Pat, you cap whore! :) |

A cloudy yellow appearance with a vanilla, lemon, honey, bread and spice filled aroma. The flavor was very nice on this with some lemons, bread, orange peel, and a hint of pine. Slightly carbonated and creamy mouthfeel. Very good stuff. Since a bottle just went for $585 on Ebay this will likely be my last sample of this :) |

I also taste some brown sugar, molasses, and chocolate. The alcohol stands out a little bit in this. A very nice Belgian Strong. Another one please! |

The malt and hops balance out nicely in this one. Its sweet up front with some bitterness in the end. The flavor consists of pine, oranges, vanilla, and alcohol notes. Overall this was a very good one! |

The aroma is quite citrusy and floral with some lemons and peaches. I also detect some whipped cream and toffee in the nose. The flavor is somewhat sour with some lemons, vanilla, honey, peaches, and butterscotch. A little bit of spice is also present. The mouthfeel is very smooth and creamy. The alcohol is hidden extremely well. Overall this was a great Tripel. |

The aroma contains some chocolate, licorice, coffee, and other dark fruits. The flavor is somewhat sweet but also a bit sour. I taste chocolate, coffee, and some grapes. Some alcohol shows through in the finish. A very nice porter. |

The aroma was floral with a huge honey presence. The alcohol can be detected in the aroma. The flavor is very sweet and warming. Some maple syrup and honey shows through. Overall a nice dessert beverage. I could see smoking a cigar with this one. |

Aroma is cassis, raisins, and alcohol. The flavor is quite sweet and warming with cassis and some apple detectable. The mouthfeel is very syrupy. This is like drinking brandy. Which isn’t a bad thing BTW. This is a good dessert beer. One of my favorites of the evening! |

The aroma is brown sugar, alcohol, raisins, and nutmeg. The flavor contains a bit of alcohol, molasses, raisins, and brown sugar, how come you taste so good. A well balanced IIPA and not a typical hop bomb. A very good double IPA. I love me some DDs!! |
