26 | Jopen Adriaan | Belgium | Ale | 2.4
Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 5 | Mouthfeel: 5 | Flavor: 4 | Overall: 4 I really wasnt digging this. A murky yellowish brown appearance similar to pond water. The aroma was ginger root, unknown spice rack stuff, and lemons. The flavors were really funked out like chili powder? vinegar, honey, and I dunno some herbal tea. This was weird as hell. Pass |

27 | t Smisje BBBourgondier | Belgium | Belgian Strong Ale | 3.7
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8 This poured a murky brown color. The aroma was slightly spicy with some apples and oranges present. The flavor was very citrusy and spicy with a huge dose of orange peels and caramel. The alcohol is present but not overwhelming at all. A good warming belgian. |

28 | De Dolle Boskeun | Belgium | Belgian Strong Ale | 3.7
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8 This beer poured a yellow color with a moderate head. The aroma is primarily lemons and alcohol. Upon first taste the alcohol was the first thing I notice. Beyond that I got lemons, honey, and some spices. Overall a fairly well crafted beer. |

29 | Leute Bok | Belgium | Belgian Ale | 3.5
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7 On tap at the Brick Store - Dark appearance with a reddish tint. An aroma of raisins and caramel. Nothing to impressive with this beer but it really wasnt bad either. A malty chocolate and sour grape flavor. Some alcohol is present in the aftertaste. Neither the beer or the glass it was served in really stand on thier own. |

31 | Wittekerke Rose | Belgium | Fruit Beer | 2.9
Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 5 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6 Nice pink can. Anyway this is like a wit with some jungle juice poured in it. A bright pink/orange color with a white head. The flavor is citrus with some raspberries in the mix. An okay beer for a hot summer thirst quincher but nothing more. |

32 | Cantillon Cuvee des Champions | Belgium | Gueuze | 4.0
Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 9 This poured a dark golden color with a small head. The aroma is vinegar, citrus, musky, barn, and dust. The usual funkadelicness in the nose of a gueuze. The flavor is sour but not quite as sour as many of this style. I tasted some lemon juice, vinegar, sour apples. Very well balanced and not as face pukering as you would think. Enjoyable! |

33 | St. Bernardus Blanche (Witbier) | Belgium | Witbier | 3.8
Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 7 Bottom line is these guys know beer. They can make a rather so-so style good. Well to the beer....A cloudy yellow appearance with a lemony aroma. The flavor is rather light and creamy with some vanilla, lemons, apricot, and spice present. Some herbal notes are present. Overall a great beer and a perfect "lawnmower beer" perhaps if you are doing some yard work at the monistary. |

35 | Boon Oud Beersel Framboise | Belgium | Fruit Lambic | 3.9
Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8 really enjoyed this one. A reddish pink appearance with a moderate head. The flavor was quite tart with plenty of raspberries showing up. There really isnt much else besides the raspberries that come out in the beer but thats ok with me. A slightly musky and funky feel to the beer. Not as sour as many of the fruit lambics Ive had, but for something more tame it works. |

37 | Abbaye des Rocs Triple Imperiale | Belgium | Belgian Strong Ale | 4.2
Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 9 A cherry and caramel aroma. A reddish brown appearance. Some citrus, cherries, almonds, and nutmeg in the flavor. It was very sweet and carbonated as well. This was one of the last beers of the Noog Fest so my notes kinda suck. I know I loved it though. |

38 | Westvleteren Blonde | Belgium | Belgian Ale | 3.7
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8 A cloudy yellow appearance with a large fluffy head. Did I just say fluffy? The aroma is floral and mainly lemons. The flavor is lemony with some vanilla and hay. A semi sour flavor and a little funky in a good way. Overall its not complex but still "goodly" made. Thanks E! |

39 | Liefmans Glühkriek | Belgium | Fruit Lambic | 3.6
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7 Guess what? Its smells like cherries! Guess what again? It tastes like cherries. Seriously though this was very similar to Quelque Chose from Unibroue. Flavor is mainly sweet with some tartness and a little spice. Im not really a fan of fruit beers but I do enjoy these cherry fruit beers alot. |

40 | Witkap Pater Abbey Singel Ale | Belgium | Belgian Ale | 3.9
Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 8 This is a nice little surprise. Aroma is of vanilla, spice, and citrus fruit. Appearance is cloudy yellow. To me this is very similar to a German pilsner in many ways. Flavor is slightly sour. Tastes of oranges, lemons and pears with a creamy mouthfeel. It was only $1 a bottle, so I will be back to pick up more! |

Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 9 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8 Yellow appearance with little head. Aroma is quite sour with some musk and lemons. Flavor is lemony with some sour strawberries and apricots coming through. Less sweet than many of the more mass produced fruit lambics Ive tried. Nice work! |

43 | Duinen Tripel | Belgium | Abbey Tripel | 3.0
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 4 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6 Appearance is a bronze color. Aroma is a nice blend of cherries, grapes, and vanilla. Flavor has a nice warming effect with dark fruit flavors and some alcohol noticeable. My complaint with this beer is the metallic aftertaste like it came from a can. This would be an excellent beer if that metallic taste was not present. It tastes like the foil on the outside of the bottle was also part of the brewing process. The Duinen Dubbel is much better. |

45 | Hoegaarden Original White Ale | Belgium | Witbier | 3.4
Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7 Might I start off by saying I'm not a huge fan of Witbiers. Appearance is strange, very light almost like dirty water. A nice lemon and bread nose. Flavor is clean and refreshing with some lemon, apricots, bananas, and grapefruit. Palate is slightly dry and a little thin. This is a pretty good beer. |

46 | Corsendonk Christmas Ale | Belgium | Belgian Strong Ale | 4.3
Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 9 Aroma is cherries, oranges, raisins, and alcohol. Appearance is a very nice brownish red color. Flavor is very chocolately. Some wintergreen mint and spiced plums. A sort of grainy and very sweet aftertaste. An Andes Mint in a liquid form. A tad too sweet but its one fine cold weather beer. Groovy! |

47 | Rochefort Trappistes 8 | Belgium | Belgian Strong Ale | 3.9
Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8 Aroma is fantastic full of grapes, dates, spices, and nuts. Flavor is very smooth with a hint of bitterness. A nice woody and dark fruit flavor. It hides the alcohol amazingly well. This is certainly the short cousin of Rocherfort 10. Overall this a nice belgian but a little light bodied and not in the league of Rochefort 10. |

48 | Sterkens Hoogstraten Poorter | Belgium | Baltic Porter | 4.2
Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 9 Aroma is of raisins, caramel, and chocolate. A solid brown color and probably the lightest colored porter Ive encountered. Flavor is of slight alcohol, nuts, chocolate, caramel, raisins, and toffee. Wow! It has a very "Belgian" flavor if anyone knows what I mean. Great beer! |

Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 7 Brownish appearance with a huge foamy head. Very smooth taste. Spicy and sour fruit flavor which includes a strong caramel presence. Rather thin and creamy mouthfeel. Some evidence of alcohol showing. A nice Belgian but not a great one. |
