Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7 500 ml bottle, thanks to Tom. ABV is 6.5%. Deep brown colour, big off-white head. Moderate aroma of lightly toasted malts, brown bread, caramel and biscuits. The flavour has much the same elements as the aroma, with some caramel sweetness. Minimal hops. The alcohol is well hidden. A fairly nice and drinkable brown ale. |

The flavour is first fruity and refreshing, followed by distinct notes of brown and lightly roasted malts, some caramel. Moderately bitter aftertaste. Could have been better, could have been worse. |

A well made imperial brown ale. |

I think I have a can of this one in my stash too, might re-rate. |
