Opaque dirty yellow colour when the yeast is poured in, small and shortlived white head. Moderate aroma of wort, hints of citrus and coriander seeds. Soft mouthfeel, moderate carbonation. Refreshing flavour of citrus (orange peel, lemon peel and grapefruit), hints of coriander seeds, low bitterness. Sufficient malty backbone. |

Orange peel and coriander and some wheat added. Nearly clear golden colour, large to moderate white head. Aroma of orange peel and coriander. The flavour has again notes of orange peel and coriander, but also more distinct notes of American hops than you normally find in a witbier. |

Nearly clear and very pale straw colour, small white head. Aroma of wheat / buckwheat, witbier yeast, coriander and other spices, hints of citrus peel. Light bodied. The flavour is yeasty, wheaty and citrussy, notes of mild spices. |
