Nice witbier aroma with notes of citrus and coriander. Light bodied. Refreshing flavour, a slight sweetness, citrus and moderate coriander. Very moderate hops. Might well buy again, a typical summer beer.

Oct. 2020: 330 ml can, from Gulating Ølutsalg, Stavanger. ABV is 4.7%. Hazy pale straw colour, large white head. Sweetish aroma of fruity kveik, notes of jam, orange juice, orange peel and coriander. Fruity and moderately citric flavour, enough acidity to be refreshing, interesting notes of kveik, moderate coriander, very moderate bittering hops.

July 2015: 250 ml bottle, BB date 05. Oct. 2013, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. Brewed and bottled by Brasserie St-Feuillien S.A. Hazy pale straw colour, moderate white head. The aroma has the expected notes of coriander and orange peel, but also less pleasant perfumed and soapy notes. Refreshing flavour, distinctly citrussy with some coriander. Nice enough to drink.

Moderate wheaty and citrussy aroma with orange peel and coriander. The medium dry flavour has distinct notes of coriander, also cloves, moderate hops. Nice to drink. *Sampled again today, 330 ml bottle, from BilkaToGo, Skalborg. No floaties in the glass this time, otherwise much the same.

The flavour is citrussy and refreshing, followed by moderate spicy notes of coriander and cloves, banana in the finish. Very moderate hops.

The bottled beers are brewed in France by Brasserie Meteor for Brasserie de Monaco. Hazy and extremely pale straw colour, moderate to low white head. Nice citrussy and wheaty aroma, notes of banana, cloves and coriander. Refreshing citrussy and wheaty flavour, medium dry and light bodied, moderate spicy notes, minimal hops.

Moderate aroma of wheat, coriander seeds and chamomile, only a hint of orange peel. Thin body. Citric flavour, distinct notes of chamomile and orange peel, moderate coriander, minimal hops. Next time, skip the chamomile, and use more curacao orange peel and coriander seeds, please. A little more hops would not hurt.

500 ml bottle, bought in Denmark, probably at Voldby Købmandsgaard. ABV is 5.4%. BB date 20.07.13. Hazy orange colour, large white head. Smells a bit "off", sweetish notes of malts and caramel, only hints of banana and cloves. The flavour is somewhat better, malty character, not too sweet, but again the typical hefeweizen notes of "banana & cloves" are very subdued. Lacks some of the "freshness" of a better hefeweizen, Might buy a fresher bottle at another occasion, to re-rate.

Not really impressive.

Moderate aroma of coriander, nutmeg and orange peel. Fairly refreshing flavour, medium dry, wheaty with notes of coriander, nutmeg and some orange peel / citrus. Pleasant to drink - I have a somewhat fresher bottle too, but this one seemed to have kept well. Might buy again.
