The flavour is medium sweet with spices / pepper, citrus and herbal and earthy bittering hops. The alcohol is noticeable.

Citra single hop version. Sample on tap at Gladmatfestivalen, Malt & Humle. Cloudy yellow colour, white head. Aroma of tropical fruit juice. The slightly sweet flavour is still evidence that this is a beer and not just fruit juice, still with notes of tropical fruits. Well balanced bitterness. Good beer.

Lovely hoppy aroma of tropical fruits and citrus. The flavour is medium dry with citrussy / grapefruity hops, also hints of tropical fruits, and a fairly bitter finish. Light bodied and refreshing.

355 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 7.0%. Nearly clear golden colour, moderate white head. Strong aroma of piney and grapefruity hops, a hint of caramel. Smooth mouthfeel. The flavour is heavily hopped, but not overdone. Notes of pine needles, resin, grapefruit and bitter Seville oranges. Sufficient malts to balance.

Shared bottle at local tasting, thanks to Holmen2. ABV is 6.7%. Orange to reddish amber colour, moderate white head. The hoppy aroma has notes of pine / resin, salt of hartshorn and furniture polish. The flavour is medium dry and hoppy with resinous notes, with hardly enough malts to support it. Still quite drinkable.

Aroma of citrussy hops, especially mandarin, also some catty hints, and some crystal malts. Smooth mouthfeel, moderate carbonation in the glass. The lightly sweet flavour is distinctly hoppy throughout, with a grapefruity bitterness, also hints of pine needles.

On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger, Golden colour, moderate white head. Lovely aroma of citrus and tropical fruits, some spicy notes too. The well balanced flavour has notes of citrussy and resinous hops throughout, but is not too bitter. Also spicy notes (coriander). An excellent fusion between witbier and IPA, dangerously drinkable.

Light bodied for its strength. Refreshing flavour, not very sweet, notes of citrus, hints of tropical fruits, a moderate grapefruity and earthy bitterness in the finish.

Aroma of citrus, lemongrass and tropical fruits. Citric mouthfeel. The flavour has notes of citrus, lemongrass and dill, fairly bitter finish. Easy drinking.
