Fruity and sour flavour, mango and guava again, notes of lactic acid, hints of lemons, a pinch of salt. Okay to drink, but not much here to remind you that this is a beer.

Moderate carbonation, moderately citric mouthfeel. The flavour is wheaty and citric, medium sour, moderate notes of lactic acid and a pinch of sea salt.

330 ml can, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 6.5%. Deep red to purple colour, moderate to small pink head. Aroma of blueberries, oatmeal, lactose and lactic acid. The flavour is pleasantly fruity and sour, but hardly a "sour explosion". Notes of blueberries, lactose and lactic acid again, only a hint of sea salt. Refreshing and nice to drink.

Rerate, 355 ml can, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger.ABV is 4%. Very cloudy straw colour. Pours very fizzy with a small white head that dies out instantly. Aroma of wheat, coriander, citrus and salty sea. Very lemony and sour flavour with fruit salt and moderate notes of coriander. Very refreshing. Original rating: Shared 355 ml can, from Vaaland, Bryne. Cloudy pale yellow colour, moderate white head. Aroma of wheat, citrus and salty sea. The flavour is distinctly citrussy / lemony, with a little sea salt in the background.

At Copenhagen Beer Festival. Hazy golden colour, sparkling. Decent aroma of brettanomyces (sour fruit, farmhouse, horse blanket), but not extreme. The medium sour flavour has also the typical brettanomyces character, but fairly well balanced and not too extreme. Should work well as a beginner’s gueuze.

The flavour is dry and vinegary, with some oaky notes, stale hops in the peppery finish. Drinkable, but Cantillon does this better! Won’t buy again.

Hazy golden to deep golden colour, moderate white head. Aroma of farmhouse / brettanomyces, pediococcus and lemons. Lemony and tart / astringent flavour, quite dry, hints of oak. Farly distinct herbal hops in the finish.
