1484 | Lindemans Framboise | Belgium | Fruit Lambic | 3.9
Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 7 250 ml nip bottle, from Voldby Købmandsgård, Denmark. ABV is 2.5%. Dark red (and I mean RED) colour, big pink head. Intense sweetish aroma of raspberries, and nothing but raspberries (or raspberry jam). The flavour is very sweet, and has loads of raspberries, followed by raspberries, with raspberries in the finish. Get the point? I like raspberries and raspberry juice, so I like this beer. Did I say "beer"? You get no indication that this actually is a beer. It tastes like raspberry juice, and raspberry juice is good for you. Know that. Besides, with 2.5% ABV, you’re on your way to becoming a tee-totaller. This is probably one of the most perverted beers I’ve ever had. |

Excellent aroma and flavour dominated by American Northwestern hops (Chinook, Amarillo and Citra), perfectly balanced by the malts (pilsener and crystal).
