7351 | Tuborg Lite 4,5 | Norway | Light / Lite Lager | 1.2
Aroma: 3 | Appearance: 2 | Mouthfeel: 2 | Flavor: 2 | Overall: 3 500 ml can, courtesy of Cardinal pub, Stavanger. Very pale golden colour, fluffy head of moderate retention. "Artificial" sweet aroma, unpleasant. Incredibly boring flavour with "plenty of nothing". Even the new "Ringnes Lite" is slightly better than this. This is a low carb beer to forget! |

7353 | Gaymers Olde English Cyder | United Kingdom | Cider | 1.2
Aroma: 2 | Appearance: 3 | Mouthfeel: 2 | Flavor: 2 | Overall: 3 500 ml can. Bought by mistake in a London store when I was in a hurry just before closing time - thought it was an unrated beer! Fizzy sourish stuff. Watery mouthfeel. Gave me a heartburn - and I didn’t even finish the can! Industrial ciders like this one seem utterly pointless to me. Avoid! |

7354 | Miller Genuine Draft | United States | Pale Lager | 1.1
Aroma: 3 | Appearance: 2 | Mouthfeel: 2 | Flavor: 2 | Overall: 2 Seriously struck by beer rating addiction, I bought this beer only to rate it - and I hate myself for it! Hate hate hate!! I paid good money for this crap, in the US at least it’s cheap - here it’s expensive. Importing this shit to Europe is totally ridiculous! And the alternative in Norway, if you want an American beer, is mostly Bud!! (If you’re ’lucky’, you might find Michelob! *and a couple others at "Vinmonopolet".) My expectations were very low, but I soon found out that this ’beer’ was even worse than I expected. Aroma reminiscent of the wine yeast of my disastrous, short lived wine-making career 15 years ago. Excessive head that disappears rather quickly. Hardly any flavour at all - just a bland, metallic mouthfeel. Luckily, there is no aftertaste either (if there was, it would surely have been bad). ’Genuine draught’ my ass! This is just bad, real BAD!! |

7355 | Kopparbergs Special Brew X-Strong 7.5% | Sweden | Strong Lager | 1.1
Aroma: 3 | Appearance: 2 | Mouthfeel: 2 | Flavor: 2 | Overall: 2 (500 ml can). Golden colour, moderate head. Sickly sweetish chemical aroma, flavour dominated by a revolting alcoholic sweetness. Not good. Rerate: I started writing before I had finished the beer. As it turned out, I was unable to finish the glass. That very rarely happens to me. Congratulations, Kopparbergs! |

7356 | Santa Clausthaler | Germany | Reduced Alcohol | 1.1
Aroma: 3 | Appearance: 2 | Mouthfeel: 2 | Flavor: 2 | Overall: 2 A non-alcoholic Christmas beer! Sounds like a joke - tastes like a joke too. Brownish golden colour, just a little darker than the ordinary Clausthaler. Malty aroma that gets sickly as the beer warms up. Sickly flavour, foul aftertaste. Avoid! |

7357 | Baladin Sud | Italy | Witbier | 1.1
Aroma: 2 | Appearance: 3 | Mouthfeel: 2 | Flavor: 2 | Overall: 2 330 ml can, as Birra Baladin Sud, from Vaaland, Bryne. ABV 4.5%. Slightly hazy and very pale golden colour, moderate to small white head. Aroma of wheat and very stale jam / marmalade, not good. The flavour is on the sweet side, again unfresh notes of stale jam and citrus, drainpour. Baladin should be ashamed of this one. |

7358 | Klokk FRIPA Radler Julebrus | Norway | Reduced Alcohol | 1.1
Aroma: 2 | Appearance: 3 | Mouthfeel: 2 | Flavor: 2 | Overall: 2 Shared 330 ml can at Christmas Eve, we all hated this one. A terrible Radler with n/a beer and Norwegian "julebrus" (Christmas soda) - aroma and flavour of bubblegum, chemical waste and vomit. Message to Klokk: It is allowed to make experiments, but when the experiment is not successful, it is also allowed to pour the entire batch down the drain. You just can't sell crap like this. |

7359 | Grolsch Non Alcoholic (Premium Malt) | Netherlands | Reduced Alcohol | 1.1
Aroma: 3 | Appearance: 2 | Mouthfeel: 2 | Flavor: 2 | Overall: 2 330 ml green bottle, as "Grolsch Non Alcoholic", courtesy of Cardinal pub, Stavanger. Golden colour, moderate head. Unmistaken sickly n/a beer aroma with "boiled" notes (= vegetables that have been boiled far too long) and grit. "Unfresh" and sickly flavour, notes of grit. Fizzy mouthfeel. Bad. |

7360 | Łomża 0.0% | Poland | Reduced Alcohol | 1.1
Aroma: 2 | Appearance: 3 | Mouthfeel: 2 | Flavor: 2 | Overall: 2 500 ml green bottle, from EKO Market, Stavanger. Clear golden colour, small white head. Strong aroma of grits, wort, baby porridge and over-boiled vegetables. The flavour is first slightly citric, then gritty and grainy, low bitterness. Won't buy again. |

7364 | Trio Lettøl | Norway | Reduced Alcohol | 1.1
Aroma: 3 | Appearance: 2 | Mouthfeel: 2 | Flavor: 2 | Overall: 2 330 ml bottle, bought at LIDL Norway. Pale golden colour, low head. Sweetish aroma, grainy with some strange and very unpleasant sidenotes of undefinable industrial waste. Flavour is grainy with unpleasant "industrial" sidenotes, and the "boiled" house character (you know, vegetables etc. that have been boiled too long) that seems to be the trademark of Trio Bryggeri. In a blind taste I’d probably have guessed that this was a completely n/a beer. This is one to avoid! |

7365 | Ringnes Cerveza Guajiro Lime & Mynte | Norway | Fruit Beer | 1.1
Aroma: 2 | Appearance: 3 | Mouthfeel: 2 | Flavor: 2 | Overall: 2 440 ml can. Guajiro is a very pale golden new lager from Ringnes, artificial (?) lime and mint flavouring, probably developed by the marketing department rather than by any brewer with some self esteem. Initially decent head that rapidly disappears completely and leaves no lacing. Sweetish artificial aroma of lime and mint candy. Nasty and watery flavour with repulsive notes of "lime and mint" chemicals. Minimal hops. A remarkably bad beer! Avoid! |

7366 | Hansa Edge | Norway | Fruit Beer | 1.1
Aroma: 3 | Appearance: 2 | Mouthfeel: 2 | Flavor: 2 | Overall: 2 330 ml can. A mix of industrial cider and beer. "Includes malted barley and malted wheat". Pale golden colour, fizzy, head goes from large to none. Nauseating aroma of artificial pear candy, vomit and burnt rubber / industrial waste, absolutely disgusting. Artificial apple and sugar flavour, like the crappiest alcopop you can think of. Nothing resembling "beer" here. Blindfolded I would probably have denied that this could be a beer mix. Definitely "crapolainen". Couldn't finish the glass. Drainpour. |

7367 | Lysholmer Double Ice Light | Norway | Reduced Alcohol | 1.1
Aroma: 2 | Appearance: 3 | Mouthfeel: 2 | Flavor: 2 | Overall: 2 "Double Ice Light" - well, at least the name tells you what to expect - pure misery. Ice beers are brewed to have as little flavour as possible, still keeping a normal alcohol content. (For people who don't like beer, but still want a buzz). Light (meaning low ABV) beers in Norway are brewed (unsuccessfully, mostly) for people who have to drive, but still want at least a trace of beer flavour. Behold - here's at last a beer that combines the worst of two worlds: no flavour and hardly any alcohol! |

7370 | Munkholm Sommerøl | Norway | Reduced Alcohol | 1.1
Aroma: 2 | Appearance: 3 | Mouthfeel: 2 | Flavor: 2 | Overall: 2 (330 ml clear bottle). Very pale straw coloured, moderate head, very weak aroma but not offensive, flavour is close to zero, carbonated water with just some faint notes of malts and hops. Little aftertaste, the well known Munkholm metallicness is there, but not as dominant as in the ordinary Munkholm. I'd rather have carbonated water. Honestly, I would. |

7371 | Mack Smrprty Summer Party Beer | Norway | Light / Lite Lager | 1.0
Aroma: 2 | Appearance: 2 | Mouthfeel: 2 | Flavor: 2 | Overall: 2 (500 ml can). A shameless effort by Mack to reach the target group underage drinkers. I didn’t translate the commercial description from Norwegian - it’s all in English ’cause that’s supposed to sound "cooler and trendier" for Norwegian teenagers. I think I’m going to be sick. The beer? Extremely pale colour, NO aroma, NO taste, NO aftertaste. Sparkling water with 4.7% alcohol. There’s not one good thing to say about this beer. Not one. If this was the best beer in the world, I’d become a tee-totaller. I swear I would. |

7372 | Munkholm Cuba | Norway | Reduced Alcohol | 1.0
Aroma: 2 | Appearance: 2 | Mouthfeel: 2 | Flavor: 2 | Overall: 2 440 ml can. Extremely pale golden colour, moderate head. The usual Munkholm aroma and flavour of over-boiled vegetables, but less pronounced than in other Munkholm varieties. In addition we are blessed with the disgusting aroma and flavour of artifical "lime" and "mint". No body or any flavour besides that. Absolute and utter crap. Half of it went down the drain. |

7373 | The Cannabis Club Sud | Germany | Spiced Beer | 1.0
Aroma: 2 | Appearance: 2 | Mouthfeel: 2 | Flavor: 2 | Overall: 2 Woooah! Eureka! I found it! The worst beer in the world! Strange yellow/orange colour, like your morning urine when you have the flu and have been drinking too little. Smells and tastes like undefined nauseous industrial waste. (The hemp oil, I guess). Absolutely horrid, disgusting, abominable, appalling, detestable. Has anyone ever bought a SECOND bottle of this? Every school kid should be given a free bottle of this "beer" to keep them away from cannabis forever. Down the toilet it went (didn't want to contaminate the kitchen sink). I still shudder when I think of it. |
