6076 | Ödmans Tjeckopilsner | Sweden | Bohemian / Czech Pilsener | 2.8
Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 5 | Mouthfeel: 5 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6 On tap at Pannrummet. Golden colour, moderate head. Moderate grassy and floral aroma, some strange sidenotes of sweat too. Reasonably hoppy flavour, on a diffuse and somehow "unclean" background of malts and saltiness. Possibly not the right brewing water quality for a pilsener? |

6077 | Prippklubbens Starkpilsner | Sweden | Bohemian / Czech Pilsener | 2.8
Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 5 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 5 RBESG, bottle. "Brewed by the Pripp Club in cooperation with Grebbestad Brewery". Pale golden colour. Fairly strong grassy aroma, notes of fermenting fruits, hints of vomit. A tolerable pilsener / pale lager with at least SOME hops. Easy drinking. |

6078 | Tou Pilsner | Norway | Bohemian / Czech Pilsener | 2.8
Aroma: 5 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 5 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6 This used to be my local pilsner before Ringnes closed the Tou brewery and moved production to Oslo - I wish I could give it a higher rating. It was probably the most bitter of all Norwegian pilsners, which may be said to give it some character. Fizzy carbonation, head disappears quickly. Good from draught in summer, otherwise you will find that the new Tou Blå (Blue) has a lot more going - if it is still available. I have stubbornly refused to drink even a drop of Tou Pilsner after production was moved to Oslo. |

6079 | Aass Fab (Fabulous) | Norway | Fruit Beer | 2.8
Aroma: 5 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 5 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6 (330 ml bottle.) Women are the target group for this new beer, and women also took part in choosing the cloudberry flavour profile. Golden colour, moderate to low head. Artificial smelling cloudberry and raspberry aroma. Flavour is a standard "neutral" lager, with some artificial cloudberry and raspberry flavour added. Nice try, but this is nothing to seek out. |

6081 | Midtfyns Rough Snuff Fisherman’s Ale | Denmark | Belgian Strong Ale | 2.8
Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 3 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 5 | Overall: 5 500 ml bottle, courtesy of Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 9.5%. Very dark brown colour, nearly black. Big tan head. Weird and unpleasant sweetish aroma, strong notes of cough syrup, anise and tobacco. The flavour is somewhat better than the aroma, notes of dark malts, brown candi sugar, raisins and liquorice, the snuff tobacco is fairly moderate. Very moderate hops in the finish. Not a winner by me. |

6082 | Theresianer Vienna | Italy | Vienna / Amber Lager | 2.8
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 5 | Flavor: 5 | Overall: 5 330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet Vika. ABV is 5.3%. Deep golden to amber colour, large white head. Moderate aroma of malts and caramel, a hint of chicken manure(!). The flavour has also some malts and caramel, and is otherwise bland and boring, nearly void of hops. |

6083 | Damm Lemon | Spain | Fruit Beer | 2.8
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 4 | Flavor: 5 | Overall: 5 330 ml green bottle, as Damm Lemon 6-4 Cerveza & Limón, from ICA Kilden. ABV is 3.2%. Milky yellow (nearly more white than yellow), large white head. Strong aroma of lemon juice, which I like. The flavour is a blend of uninteresting pale lager and tolerably refreshing lemon juice. It is not as sugary as I feared, and may serve its purpose as a "beer" alternative for people who really don’t like beer. |

6084 | Laitilan Kukko Pils III | Finland | Bohemian / Czech Pilsener | 2.8
Aroma: 5 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 5 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6 500 ml can, kindly provided by yngwie for an informal tasting. The ABV was 4.5%. Type pale lager golden colour, moderate head. Fairly sweet aroma, fruit and malts. Standard pilsener flavour, fairly bitter finish, slightly metallic aftertaste. No masterpiece, but I’ve had worse pilseners. And the name is quite amusing in Norwegian! |

6085 | Aass Gourmet Lys Hvete | Norway | Krystal Weizen | 2.8
Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 4 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6 330 ml green bottle. Clear golden colour, large white head. Grainy aroma with notes of over-boiled vegetables, nearly like a n/a beer. The flavour is somewhat better, some wheaty and lemony notes. Very moderate hops. Drinkable, but not impressive at all - a "gourmet" would ask for something better than this. |

6086 | Moritz | Spain | Pale Lager | 2.8
Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 5 | Overall: 5 330 ml bottle, courtesy of Cardinal pub, Stavanger. ABV is 5.4%. Crystal clear pale golden colour, fizzy, large head. Sweetish aroma with notes of grass, honey and butterscotch. The flavour has some malts and butterscotch (diacetyl), moderately sweet, and very moderate hops. Rubbery finish. Soft mouthfeel. Could have been worse. |

6087 | Integrated Bottling Solutions BSH (Back Street Heroes) | United Kingdom | Bitter | 2.8
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 5 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 5 | Overall: 5 500 ml bottle, courtesy of Cardinal pub, Stavanger. Bottle conditioned. ABV is 4.5%. The actual brewery, which possibly is Freeminer, is not mentioned on the label, only I.B.S. Ltd. Cloudy amber colour, moderate head. Aroma of fermenting fruits and vegetables - yes, there are notes of kitchen garbage. The flavour is yeasty and fruity, notes of rotting fruits and vegetables again, like a homebrew going bad. Dry hoppy finish. I guess they have been trying, but have not succeeded. I’m not even sure the big bad biker on the label would have been entirely happy with this brew. |

6088 | Cesu Extra | Latvia | Pale Lager | 2.8
Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 5 | Flavor: 5 | Overall: 5 This beer comes in a nifty 300 ml octagonal A leCoq brown glass bottle, bought in Riga. ABV is 5.0%. Pale golden colour, large to moderate white head. Fruity and flowery aroma, quite nice. The flavour is also fruity and quite refreshing. Lemony finish. Some more malts and bittering hops might have been a good idea. Light bodied, soft mouthfeel. No masterpiece, but better than I feared. |

6089 | Piebalgas Alus | Latvia | Pale Lager | 2.8
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 5 | Flavor: 5 | Overall: 5 500 ml bottle, bought in Riga, as "Piebalgas Alus Piebalga". ABV is 5.6%. This is a "gaisais alus" (= pale beer). Unpasteurised. Pale golden colour, large and lasting white head. Sweetish malty and slightly fruity aroma, hints of honey. Sweet malty flavour, too sweet for a pale lager. Notes of honey. Alcohol is noticeable. Some hops in the finish. Unusual lager, but not undrinkable. |

6090 | Colorado Demoiselle | Brazil | Porter | 2.8
Aroma: 5 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 5 | Flavor: 5 | Overall: 6 Nov. 2014: Shared bottle at local tasting, thanks to our beerpal Olav. Black colour, moderate tan head. The aroma has dusty notes, nearly overshadowing the expected roasty notes. Moderate roasty notes in the flavour, also less pleasant dusty and grainy notes. Not the most successful porter in the world. |

6091 | Emelisse Oerpils | Netherlands | Bohemian / Czech Pilsener | 2.8
Aroma: 4 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6 April 2013: 330 ml bottle, as Emelisse Oertype, kindly shared by abemorsten. ABV is 5%, EBU 28. Pale yellow colour, moderate white head. Grassy aroma, some less pleasant "chemical" notes too. The flavour is fairly dry and crisp, and a pronounced hoppy bitterness saves the day. |

Aroma: 4 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 5 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 5 330 ml bottle, from Joker Vatlandsvåg. ABV is 4.5%. Hazy brown colour, moderate off-white head. Aroma of malts, yeast and brown bread, a hint of caramel. The flavour is nutty, malty, bready and yeasty, hints of fruity hops / dark fruits. A bit too yeasty for me. |

6095 | 7 Fjell Juan Moore Cerveza Mexicana | Norway | Pale Lager | 2.8
Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 5 | Mouthfeel: 5 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6 Small sample from 330 ml clear bottle, at Vectura-messe. ABV is 4.7%. Pale golden colour. Fairly fresh aroma and flavour, "clean" and slightly citric without any unpleasant off-flavours. Not a super-interesting beer, of course, but should be decent enough to drink on a warm summer's day. Better than Corona and Sol, and that is obviously the intention behind this beer. I might even buy a bottle to re-rate, if it turns up in a grocery store in my neck of the woods. |

Pale straw colour, only slightly hazy, moderate to small white head. Strong aroma of grass and weed, some of it rotting. Refreshing dry flavour with yeasty and mildly spicy notes, also hints of citrus and herbs. Moderate hops. |

Aroma: 4 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6 June 2021: 500 ml bottle, from Gulating Ølutsalg, Stavanger. ABV is 4.7%. The glass fills completely by off-white foam. A deep golden to amber beer appears very slowly. Aroma of grain and dust, some unfresh notes, hints of sweat, only a hint of juniper branches. The flavour is better than the aroma, malty with a slight fruitiness, decent notes of juniper branches, very moderate bittering hops in the finish. |

Moderately hazy undefined pinkish-brownish colour, moderate to small off-white head. Aroma of more or less artificial "fruits of the forest" essence. Medium sour flavour of "fruits of the forest" essence and lactic acid. Drinkable, but not a beer I'll buy again. |
