The flavour has some sweetness, but not too much - otherwise the same elements as the aroma. Roasty and hoppy bitterness in the aftertaste. Drinkable, but not very exciting.

500 ml bottle, a gift from gunnar, thanks! ABV is 4.9%. Deep golden colour, moderate white head with good retention. Moderate sweetish aroma of malts, some fruity and floral notes too. Soft mouthfeel. The flavour is not too sweet, but has a sufficient maltiness, and subtle Hallertauer hops throughout. Very drinkable.

Rerate, 330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet. Gusher bottle. Same impression as first sample. Too yeasty. Original rating: Small sample from 330 ml bottle at Vectura-messe, sampled too warm. Blonde colour. Yeasty, spicy and fruity aroma. The flavour appears a bit too yeasty for me, but that may be due to the temperature. Light bodied for its strength. Will sample again, and re-rate then.

March 2014: 500 ml clear bottle, probably from Voldby Købmandsgaard. ABV is 4.5%. BB date 03 2013. Some sediment in the bottle. Very dark brown colour, low beige head. Aroma of mild coffee, vanilla and chocolate. Light bodied and fairly refreshing. The flavour is not very sweet, again with notes of mild coffee, chocolate and vanilla. Some bittering hops (Northdown) in the finish.

A nice refreshment, but not particularly memorable.
