The flavour is fairly dry and fruity, with sufficient malts, and a moderate grapefruity and resinous bitterness in the finish. Refreshing and decent enough, easy drinking.

375 ml green bottle, from Det Gode Brygg, Sandnes. ABV is 4.5%. Very pale straw colour, pours sparkling with a small and shortlived white head. Aroma of brettanomyces / farmhouse, sour plums and lemons. Fairly sour flavour, brettanomyces, plums and lemons again. Astringent finish. Quite nice.

Aroma of spicy witbier yeast, orange peel, coriander seeds and citric hops. Light bodied. Citric and spicy flavour with the same elements as the aroma, quite dry, fairly bitter aftertaste.

Rich and warming mouthfeel. Very sweet flavour, notes of roast malts, treacle, chocolate, vanilla, bourbon and oak. I recommend sharing the bottle.

Fizzy and citric mouthfeel, but the body is sufficient for a session IPA. The flavour has notes of citrus and pine needles, and is not too sweet. Refreshing and nice to drink.

The flavour has citrus and fairly distinct spices and hops.
