Aroma of citric and spicy hops, with some less pleasant notes of broth and fart in the background. Fizzy mouthfeel, thin body. Flavour of moderate citric and piney hops, one-dimensional. Won't buy again.

Medium sweet and malty flavour, some citric and piney hops in the finish. Drinkable, but hardly a beer I'll buy again.

July 2016: 500 ml bottle, as Long Meadow Medium Cider, from Det Gode Brygg, Sandnes. ABV is 4.5%. Golden colour, moderately sparkling, thin white head. Strong aroma of oxidised cider apples and oak, hints of sulphites. Slightly sweet flavour, with notes of cider apples and sweeter eating apples, hints of oak and sulphites. Well balanced, enjoyable.

500 ml bottle, from KWM Wines & Spirits. ABV is 4.0%. Pink colour, pours sparkling with a shortlived head. Pleasant aroma of apples and rhubarb. Medium sweet flavour of apples and rhubarb, the honey has no doubt mellowed the rhubarb, but I could not single out the honey if I did not know that it was supposed to be there. Light bodied and refreshing.

I was very thirsty when I drank it, and it went down nicely & smoothly.

Very sweet flavour (too sweet), loads of lactose, notes of roasted barley, coffee, dark chocolate, vanilla and marshmallows, even a hint of charcoal / ashes and smoke. A pity that the brewery uses too much lactose in some of their beers.
