The flavour is moderately sour and quite sweet, with notes of over-ripe mango and pineapple, and lactic acid. Hardly any bitterness, and overall very little here to remind you that this is a beer.

Sweetish aroma of pilsener malts and floral hops, also some weird and undefined sidenotes. Fairly well hopped flavour on a sufficient malt base, bitter aftertaste.

500 ml bottle, from Gulating Ølutsalg, Stavanger. ABV is 4.7%. Slightly hazy orange colour, large white head. Aroma of malts, caramel, toffee, orange marmalade, stewed plums and earthy hops. The mouthfeel is somewhat fizzy and citric. Decent and well balanced flavour, with the same elements as the aroma, but the earthy hops are more distinct now, with a reasonably bitter finish.

500 ml bottle, probably from Bris Ølutsalg, Jørpeland. ABV is 4.7%. Mahogany colour, moderate beige head. Aroma of caramel and burnt breadcrumbs, some earthy hops too. Light bodied. The flavour has also notes of caramel, but is quite dry. Again notes of bread / burnt breadcrumbs. Some weak fruity notes too. Low bitterness. Quite drinkable.

500 ml bottle, from Bris Ølutsalg, Jørpeland. ABV is 4.7%. Dark brown colour, large beige head. Distinct malty aroma, notes of caramel and toasted brown bread with syrup, also hints of dark berries. Malty flavour with toasted brown bread again, but not very sweet. A moderate but nice fruitiness makes the beer very drinkable. Decent bittering hops in the finish.

Shared 500 ml bottle. ABV is 9%. Nice aroma of roast malts, distinct notes of liquorice, hint of chocolate. The flavour is very roasty, again with distinct notes of liquorice. Not too sweet. Very good beer. *I hvert fall det av ølet som ikke Holmen1 i et utslag av sterk beruselse sølte ned i tastaturet på laptopen min.

Moderate carbonation. Flavour also of citrus and tropical fruits, not too sweet, with a moderate to low bitterness in the finish. Refreshing.

Refreshing flavour, not too sweet, with decent citric, floral and herbal hops throughout, reasonably bitter aftertaste.

On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Hazy yellow colour, white head. Aroma of lactic acid, over-ripe raspberries and passionfruit. Sour flavour of lactic acid, lemons and grapefruit, hints of passionfruit. Refreshing.

330 ml can, as Dragur Mykr Brown Ale, from Gulating ølutsalg, Stavanger. ABV is 4.7%, IBU 23. Brewed for Dragur by Berentsens Brygghus. Mahogany colour, moderate to small off-white head. Aroma of chocolate, caramel, brittle, brown malts and brown bread. Moderate carbonation. Flavour of caramel malts and brown malts, also brown bread, not too sweet. The hops are too moderate, even for a brown ale.

Rerate, 750 ml bottle, batch #1759, from Vinmonopolet Jørpeland. ABV is 7.0%. Reddish amber to brown colour, moderate off-white head. Aroma of malts, some of them lightly roasted. A hint of dark berries in the background. Malty flavour, only a very moderate sweetness, some caramel. A slight fruitiness of berries helps the drinkability. Moderate but noticeable bitterness. Okay. I'm upping the score a bit. Original rating: Sample at Nærbø Ølfestival. Deep golden brown colour. Fairly roasty and malty aroma and flavour, rather dry. Will rerate when I get a full bottle, or a larger sample on tap.

330 ml can, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 6.5%. Deep red to purple colour, moderate to small pink head. Aroma of blueberries, oatmeal, lactose and lactic acid. The flavour is pleasantly fruity and sour, but hardly a "sour explosion". Notes of blueberries, lactose and lactic acid again, only a hint of sea salt. Refreshing and nice to drink.

Moderate carbonation, moderately citric mouthfeel. The flavour is wheaty and citric, medium sour, moderate notes of lactic acid and a pinch of sea salt.

330 ml can, from Coop Extra Prestemarka, Tau. ABV is 0.5%. Cloudy pale yellow colour, small white head. Fairly nice aroma of mango, also notes of pineapple and citrus. Relatively dry flavour with notes of the same fruits, also a sharpish hop bitterness in the finish. Not bad for a n/a beer.

330 ml can, from Coop Extra Prestemarka, Tau. ABV is 4.7%. Hazy pale yellow colour, small white head. Sweetish aroma of wheat malts and sweet oranges, hints of coriander. Citric mouthfeel. The flavour is wheaty and slightly on the sweet side, with the same elements as the aroma. A hint of banana. Very moderate hops.

330 ml can, from the brewery . ABV is 8.0%. The black can was hard to open. The opaque yellow-ish beer has a huge white head. Lovely aroma of various tropical fruits, hints of spruce. Sweet flavour with notes of tropical fruits, some citrus too, with a moderate resinous bitterness in the finish. A bit too far out on the sweet side, otherwise a good beer.
