Distinct aroma of caramel and brown bread with dark syrup, also notes of mild Christmas spices and nuts. The flavour has the same elements as the aroma, but is not too sweet. Low bitterness. A nice dunkel - not a bock with this ABV.

Fairly rich mouthfeel. The flavour has the same elements as the aroma, also a hint of oatmeal and a less pleasant hint of vomit, decent bitterness in the finish.

330 ml bottle, from Coop Extra Jørpeland. ABV is 4.6%. Nearly clear pale golden colour, large to moderate white head. Distinct sweetish aroma of ginger, grain and malts, a hint of lime. Light bodied. The flavour is not too sweet, there is a distinct ginger and chili burn, again only a hint of lime. Not really great, but at least it feels nice to have a "ginger beer" that actually is a beer, and not a n/a mixer.

Distinct aroma of piney hops, also hints of grapefruit and lime. Citric mouthfeel, light bodied. Flavour of piney hops, also notes of grapefruit, bitter and fairly sharp finish.

440 ml can, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.2%. Hazy pale yellow colour, moderate white head. Aroma of citrus, spruce and tropical fruits. Slightly sweet flavour of citrus and tropical fruits, well balanced with notes of sprucetips and pine needles in the finish. Decent mouthfeel, good beer.

500 ml bottle, batch #2615, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken, shared with my son. ABV is 7%, IBU 30. Opaque yellow colour, coarse white head. Aroma of "raw" beer (a very bad idea, Nøgne Ø!) and kveik, notes of yellow plums. Medium sweet and "raw" flavour, notes of kveik and yellow plums again, also other yellow stonefruits, fairly distinct bittering hops in the finish.

Shared can at regional tasting. Golden colour. The aroma has some pineapple and dust. Piney flavour, sharp bitterness. So-and-so. Won't be a favourite of mine.

The flavour has some fruitiness, but first and foremost an unexpected sharp bitterness of hops and dead yeast cells throughout.

750 ml clear bottle, from the cidery, ABV is 5.6%. Single apple variety: Karin Schneider. Pale golden colour with a peachy hue, pours sparkling with a moderate white head that actually lasts a while. Nice aroma of Karin Schneider apples, some "spicy" notes. Flavour of medium sweet dessert apples, pleasant to drink.

Moderately fizzy mouthfeel. The flavour is medium dry, with citric and slightly piney hops. Moderate to low bitterness. Decent beer, but not exceptional.

The flavour has loads of lactic acid with a hint of salt, also distinct notes of rhubarb, vanilla and crumble. Hardly any bitterness.

Flavour of mango and citrus, moderate lactose, a low but noticeable bitterness in the finish. Not too sweet, refreshing beer.
