6027 | Ølfabrikken Porter | Denmark | Baltic Porter | 4.4
Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 9 Bottle RBESG 2006, Grand Tasting. Black colour, no head. Exquisite aroma: roastiness, fine coffee, chocolate, liquorice, oak and tobacco. The flavour has a definite malty sweetness, roastiness with coffee notes, and plenty of dark chocolate. Rerate 2008, 330 ml can, new brewery: Pitch black colour, huge brown head. The aroma is perhaps a tad less impressive than the first time, but still very, very good. The flavour elements are still the same. |

6029 | Ödmans Tjeckopilsner | Sweden | Bohemian / Czech Pilsener | 2.8
Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 5 | Mouthfeel: 5 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6 On tap at Pannrummet. Golden colour, moderate head. Moderate grassy and floral aroma, some strange sidenotes of sweat too. Reasonably hoppy flavour, on a diffuse and somehow "unclean" background of malts and saltiness. Possibly not the right brewing water quality for a pilsener? |

6032 | Panil Barriquée Settembre | Italy | Fruit Beer | 2.4
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 4 | Mouthfeel: 4 | Flavor: 5 | Overall: 4 Bottle, RBESG 2006. Hazy brownish amber colour. Made with 5% grape juice (and fermented with wine yeast?) Vinegary aroma with strange notes of horsepiss and rotting garbage. Woody and funky flavour where the grape juice barely shines through, without the necessary freshness. If I want a sour beer, I’d rather have a gueuze, thank you. |

6033 | Panil Barriquee (Sour) (European Version) | Italy | Flanders Red | 2.5
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 4 | Flavor: 3 | Overall: 4 Bottle, RBESG 2006. Cloudy golden colour. Funky aroma with notes of wine vinegar. Tastes like ... duh, sour horsepiss and horse droppings (not that these are part of my staple diet, but this is what I imagine they would taste like, when fermented), some woody notes too. Not my cup of tea (uh, beer) this one. Sorry. |

6036 | Dugges Holy Cow! | Sweden | IPA | 3.8
Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7 From the tank at the brewery, RBESG 2006. Beautiful deep amber colour, creamy off-white head. Lovely hoppy aroma, citrussy notes, hints of toffee. Flavour is also grapefruity hoppiness, on a slightly sweet background, notes of caramel. |

6037 | Dugges Poseidon Porter | Sweden | Porter | 3.6
Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7 From the tank at the brewery, RBESG 2006. This is the brewery’s "brown porter" or "summer porter". Deep reddish brown colour, nearly black. Creamy tan head. Roasty aroma and flavour with notes of coffee and chocolate. Maybe a tad too sugary in the flavour, still it is fairly light bodied and easy drinking. |

6038 | Dugges Wallonia 2006 | Sweden | Belgian Ale | 3.2
Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 5 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6 From the tank at the brewery, RBESG 2006. According to the brewer, this beer "with a Belgian palate" is the result of a mistake, and it is weaker than intended. Deep golden colour, slightly hazy, large head. Moderate yeasty aroma with faint hints of barnyard. Moderate flavour of "dusty" hops, faint hints of pepper, fairly dry. Mouthfeel is too watery. |

6039 | Barbar Belgian Honey Ale / Barbar Blonde | Belgium | Belgian Strong Ale | 3.1
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 5 | Overall: 6 Bottle, at The Rover, Göteborg. This beer includes 2.5% honey. Golden colour, slightly hazy. Pleasant but not very strong flowery aroma, some honey but not dominant. Flavour is sweetish, but not much is going on besides the honey. Alcohol is well hidden, though. |

6041 | Great Divide HotShot ESB | United States | Extra Special Bitter | 3.2
Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 5 | Overall: 6 355 ml bottle, at The Rover, Göteborg. Amber colour, large to moderate creamy head. Hoppy sweetish aroma, strong notes of blackcurrants / blackcurrant leaves. Flavour is sweetish and reasonably malty, some blackcurrant notes, but far too little bitterness for an ESB. |

6043 | Millevertus Saint-Denis | Belgium | Belgian Strong Ale | 3.5
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7 Bottle, at Delirium Café, Göteborg. Hazy, deep golden colour. The last beer of the evening, and it may be safely said that I was ... duh, slightly intoxicated ... at that moment, but I still had the ability to notice that this was another decent Belgian, well worth being sampled as the FIRST beer of the evening - at another occasion ... |
