4477 | Stone 14th Anniversary Emperial IPA | United States | Imperial IPA | 3.6
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7 Bottle, kindly shared by gunnar. ABV 8.9%. Cloudy deep yellow to orange colour, moderate white head. Very hoppy aroma, catty and resinous notes, also hints of blackcurrants and grapefruit. Hoppy and very bitter flavour, sharp and nearly medicinal in the finish. Clearly overdone on the Target hops, but nice (in a weird way) anyhow. |

4483 | Dogfish Head 120 Minute IPA | United States | Strong Ale | 3.8
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8 Bottle, kindly shared by gunnar. Orange to amber colour, low off-white head. Extreme and intense aroma of American hops, on a background of sweet malts. Sweet flavour, too sweet maybe, the sweetness kind of overwhelms the intense hoppiness. Still, this is a top division beer. |

4486 | Oettinger Pils | Germany | Bohemian / Czech Pilsener | 2.2
Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 4 | Mouthfeel: 4 | Flavor: 4 | Overall: 4 500 ml can, bought in Spain. ABV is 4.7%. Crystal clear pale yellow colour, big to moderate white head. Sweetish aroma, notes of candy, some floral and grassy notes too. The flavour is too sweet for a German pils, some artificial "candy" notes, but the beer is still drinkable. A little bitterness in the finish. Not something I’ll buy again, though. |

4490 | Tennents Lager | United Kingdom | Lager | 2.6
Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 3 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 5 440 ml can, as Wellpark Tennent’s, brewed at Wellpark Brewery, Glasgow. Bought in Spain. ABV is 4.0%. "Lager" is not part of the beer’s name, but I assume this is just a slightly weaker version of the ordinary Tennent’s Lager. Golden colour, moderate white head, some lacing. Weak sweetish and "industrial" aroma. Fairly refreshing flavour, tolerable hops, and not quite as thin as feared from a 4.0% lager. |
