Aroma of lactic acid and vinegar, notes of blackcurrants and oak. Like all beers I've had from this brewery, the flavour is way too sour, with lactic acid and vinegar galore, but at least there is some complexity here. Distinct notes of oak and blackcurrants.

Very sour flavour, loads of lactic acid, way too sour, unbalanced. Notes of over-ripe raspberries again. Another totally unbalanced beer from Norway's most overrated brewery.

Lagerish mouthfeel - no wonder, as this is a lager. Hoppy flavour, notes of grapefruit with a decent bitterness.

355 ml clear bottle, bought in Denmark. ABV is 4.5%. Clear pale golden colour, moderate white head. Strong sweetish Heineken-like lightstruck aroma, notes of maize. The flavour (as far as there is any flavour at all) has maize, grain and wet cardboard. Some weak citric notes, a little sweetness, minimal hops. As the beer is wet, cold and carbonated, it may serve some purpose under the Mexican sun - otherwise, it is one to forget.

Tastes like sparkling water with a little maize, malts and sugar added, a hint of citrus. Minimal hops. Gets a couple points for not tasting awful. An alternative to water when you have to drive.

Medium sweet and malty flavour, some citric and piney hops in the finish. Drinkable, but hardly a beer I'll buy again.

June 2015: 355 ml bottle, vintage 2013, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. BB date 31.05.2014. Amber colour, moderate off-white head. Aroma of fruity and piney hops, rye bread and pepper. Hoppy and peppery flavour, grapefruity notes, but also sufficient malts, again with hints of rye bread. Good now, but probably even better when fresh.

355 ml bottle, vintage 2015, in Nevada City. Amber to copper colour, large white head. Pleasant aroma of fresh hops, herbal and fruity notes. The flavour is also well hopped throughout, but the bitterness is not extreme for an IPA. A very decent and enjoyable beer.

500 ml can, from Bunnpris Sand. ABV is 4.5%. Clear amber colour, moderate head, slightly off-white. Aroma of caramel and the peel of red apples. Citric mouthfeel. The flavour has again notes of the peel of red apples, some caramel but not very sweet. Bland finish, hardly any bitterness. Won't buy again.

500 ml can, from Bunnpris Sand. ABV is 4.3%. Pale and nearly clear golden colour, moderate to small white head. Artificial aroma and flavour of pink grapefruit and blood orange - I'll bet that none of these fruits have been near this beer, though. Citric mouthfeel, low bitterness. Nothing here to please a beer entusiast, but the beer is not undrinkable, as it is wet and cold. In a blind test, I could have guessed that this was a radler / shandy.
